All our pricing is fixed.
We have three levels of service:
Standard service – ‘No Fix/No Fee’ Data is recovered over 5–10 working days.
Priority service – Your data is recovered within 2–5 working days.
Emergency service – Your data is recovered in the shortest possible time. This is a 24/7 service, including overnight and weekend operation.
EDaRLab understands that your data is important to you. When time is a significant factor, our service levels are designed to deliver as quickly as possible. But if price is especially important, we offer a ‘No Fix/No Fee’ solution within our Standard service.
Having carried out data recovery for almost 7 years, we have an in-depth knowledge of how hard-drive and storage technology has developed. This has given us a profound understanding of and experience with the right techniques to recover data from hardware, firmware and software failures.
